SAGA = Sexuality And Gender Acceptance/Awareness)
SAGA is a group for LGBT+ students from Years 9 to 13 and allies. We hold weekly meetings every Monday at lunch time in A101 to discuss issues within the rainbow community, social events and club activities. During these meetings we will have different activities such as crafts, games etc as well as fortnightly discussions and casual hangouts.
All are welcome - bring your lunch and a friend too if you'd like to! - we look forward to seeing you there!

This is free and confidential healthcare, and can be related to concerns regarding your physical, mental or sexual health.

Senior Film Club
412 (Fri 14 Feb)
The Senior Film Club starts this week, on Friday in 412 (Break 2). New members are welcome (all students must be aged 16 and over to belong to this club). Our club meets weekly and this term, we will be watching a fascinating series called 'The Story of Film - An Odyssey'. This is a very interesting watch and it would also be extremely useful for those students considering sitting Scholarship Media Studies and/or Scholarship English. CGHS ATHLETICS SPORTS
Our school athletics sports are next Tuesday 25 February at Nga Puna Wai. You may enter Championship events NOW through Onstream (scroll down on right hand side). Entries will close this Friday so get in and don't miss out. This year a 2000m Open Walk event will be added to the Championship events.
House events may be entered on the day of the sports.
Rock climbing will not be on this week, sorry.
Next week, it will be on and we will head to the YMCA Adventure Centre.

We are concerned about your safety after many near misses on the corner of Darvel and Kilmarnock Street. You must cross Kilmarnock Street at the traffic lights, NOT at the end of Darvel Street.
Western Football Club
Western Football Club are looking for additional players for their U18 Youth Girls Team for the 2020 Football season (Saturday games). Pre season training will be starting in a few weeks time, date and time to be confirmed as the coach is still overseas for another ten days. The team had a fantastic season last year winning the U18's competition.
